Who will win the official Lord of the Wings Title? You can help decide! Join us for a fundraising event and chicken wing contest with local restaurants and businesses competing for the title of Lord of the Wings!

$30 Ticket includes entry to the Karl Strauss tasting room, chicken wing samples from all participating restaurants and 2 Karl Strauss craft beers. ($40 Day Of). Additional beers will be available for purchase.

Participating Restaurants: Tavern at the Beach, Bub's Bar and Grill, PB Alehouse, 710 Beach Club, Tap Room, Dude's Grill to Go, PB Shore Club

This event is a fundraiser for the Discover Pacific Beach Clean and Safe Program. All proceeds benefit the Discover PB Clean and Safe program which hires homeless individuals to clean and maintain the streets and sidewalks in the business district of Pacific Beach, provides outreach to other homeless individuals, and hires safety ambassadors to patrol the business district to address aggressive and criminal behavior.

The program is in it's pilot year and we are hoping to raise funds to continue helping the Pacific Beach community and Business District. The program uses a 3-prong approach that includes Cleaning, Security, and Homeless Outreach. The program not only addresses traditional cleaning and security program but provides the added tools needed to make an effective change to Pacific Beach’s homeless/transient population, safety and cleanliness of the entire community. With a cleaner environment and a security presence we start to change the behavior of everyone, residents, visitors and businesses. We will continue to assess what works and what doesn’t over the course of a 1-year pilot program in order to effectively start this change.
